Pet restrictions may vary in accordance with the Association's Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations.

Pet Policy: Each unit may keep a maximum of two (2) domestic pets, limited to cats and/or dogs, with a combined weight not exceeding fifty (50) pounds. Pets must not be of a breed prohibited by applicable County, City, or other governing laws or ordinances.

In addition, each unit may keep fish and/or up to two (2) domestic household birds, provided they are kept indoors at all times and do not create a nuisance, disturbance, or annoyance to other residents.
