Please allow ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days for processing of all security deposit refund requests after receipt of the required documentation.
Security deposit refund requests must be submitted at the end of the leasing period and include copies of the front and back of the cashier’s check or money order originally submitted for the security deposit.
