I, , owner of the property listed above (“Owner”), hereby authorize the following individual or company to act as my designated managing agent for the property, effective immediately.
The Association and its managing agent, GRS Management, Inc., are authorized to communicate directly with the designated managing agent regarding matters relating to my account and property. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, discussing account information, receiving correspondence, submitting requests, and making payments on my behalf.
I understand that this authorization does not transfer ownership of the property or relieve me of my obligations as the Owner. I remain fully responsible for all assessments, fees, fines, compliance with the Association’s governing documents, and any other obligations related to the property.
If this authorization is revoked or the managing agent changes, I agree to notify GRS Management, Inc. in writing. This authorization shall remain in effect until written notice of revocation is received and acknowledged by GRS Management, Inc.
